Vegan Cheese Recipe



              



Simple vegan cheese recipes;

Parmesan;
- 1/2 cup roast cashews
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp garlic salt
Easy cheese sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup plant milk - non-lite - soy, cashew… 
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast
- Dash garlic salt, cayenne 
Veggie cheese sauce - can be nacho cheese
- 2 potatoes,
- 1 carrot, 
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- half lemons juice
- garlic salt, paprika
- Optional add jalapeño / cayenne / roasted red pepper 

Basic firm cheese 

- 1 cup non-lite plant milk - soy, cashew... - I’m using 1 cup water & 1/3 cup soaked cashews for cashew milk
- 1 cup cooked sweet potato
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 cup water
- 2 1/2 tbsp agar agar
Store in fridge for 4-5 days
